Her newest product that is garnering buzz is called ‘Eyes To Mesmerise’ and was conceptualized through the idea of incorporating “the beauty DNA of women throughout history who captivated the world through their mesmerizing, intoxicating gaze”. 

The formula is seductive to say the least and each cream-to-sheen eye shadow formula can be used for a simple day look or heightened for a breathtakingly beautiful smoky eye—the possibilities are endless. Charlotte’s Tips For Completing The Look: 
Step 1: Apply Eyes to Mesmerise using your fingers for soft, smooth and natural day look or my Blender Brush for a more intense, smoky evening look. Go from chiffon to a liquid lame finish by lightly dampening the brush. 

Step 2: Apply Rock ‘n’ Kohl (in Bedroom Black, Barbarella Brown or Veruschka Mink) along the lashline to define the eyes.
